Admin Services 3- Cherry Hill

Eastern Division

Major Duties:
•Maintain and follow the Configuration and Change Management processes
•Design, create and implement Change Management process improvements
•Organize, track and schedule planned and emergency Scheduled Maintenance tickets
•Manage, coordinate and attend Change Management meetings and resolve scheduled conflicts with all maintenance activities
•Lead daily Go/No Go calls to review and prepare for scheduled maintenance
•Partner with the National IP Operations, NCEO and other LMC teams to support the Change Management and Scheduled Maintenance processes
•Work under the direction of Engineering Department Management and receive prior written (or email) Engineering Department approval for any work/decisions that could effect the Operations of the business. Specific examples are: (But not limited to)
? Scheduled Maintenance process/reporting changes
? Eastern Division LMC procedure change
•Other tasks/duties as assigned by Management



Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION
•Associates Degree in a Business, MIS, or related field
•Two to Four years of experience with Infrastructure and/or Change Management in an ISP or large-scale network operations environment
can be substituted
EXPERIENCE
•Two plus years of Change and Configuration Management experience, preferably in a large scale systems operational organization
•Strong Project Management experience
•Strong Customer Service background
•Experience working with 24x7 operational processes related to network support
•Experience with Remedy/TTS is a plus
•Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational ability
•Experience with documenting lessons learned and improvement opportunities
•Excellent verbal/written communication and inter-personal skills
•Ability to work in a team environment or independently
•Ability to multi-task and be flexible
