Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reportsAudit, process, and file invoices for expense and capital purchases received from vendors and cable location personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures. CIFA (Oracle) data entry to include entry of requisitions, changing requisitions into PO's and PO changes, closing and cancellations. Tracking Capital Spending, and track all invoices against purchase orders. Communicate with system staff on purchasing and related issues. Process CAF (Capital Authorization Forms). Match invoices, receivers and purchase orders, and prepare invoices for payment. Communicate with Division A/P staff to assure timely payment of invoices. Logging, tracking, and routing of purchase requisition and associated paperwork. Complete and balance the Monthly Deposit Reconciliation (MDR). Download multiple bank statements, enter deposit information for each corresponding batch, and investigate any missing deposits and any cash that is over/short. Create adjustment batches to post NSF's to customers account in Cable Data. Research customer accounts and monthly reconciling items. Communicate with system staff on purchasing and related issues. Other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

Required Skills:
