Accounts Payable - Associate and Senior

Rapidly growing, Private equity backed Telecommunications Company is searching for an Accounts Payable Associate and Senior to join their Accounting team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional with 1-5 years of experience to contribute to the success of this world-class organization!

As key members of a dynamic, fast-paced Accounting Team, some of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Associate and Senior will include: processing invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders and receivers, maintaining vendor files, working closely with Purchasing and vendors to resolve issues, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare vendor analyses and reports as requested.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 1-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
* Familiarity with payable for long-term projects and project cost allocations.
* Well-developed problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems. Systems implementation experience a strong plus.
