Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable Associate PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS Â·  Daily data entry and reconciling of vendor statements.  Â·  Compile and process supply orders for entire company.·  Creates and maintains separated employee files.·  Requires proper coding of invoices for payment.·  Processing employee expense reports for payment. ·  Must be able to interact with various vendors regarding accounts payable.·  Must present a professional appearance and manner.·  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.·  Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.·  Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager. EDUCATION High School diploma or GED.Some college is a plus.  EXPERIENCE Â·  2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable position. ·  Knowledge of general office practices.·  Strong organizational, problem solving skills and attention to detail.·  Experience with meeting deadlines.·  Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows and accounting software.  TRAVEL·  None
