We are the largest privately held competitive local exchange carrier in the U.S. serving 160,000+ businesses in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Upper Midwest.  We currently operate in 16 states with 2,200 employees and $800 million in annual revenue.

  

We are expanding in several markets and looking for a high energy and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. 

  

Job Description:

  Focus of new revenue and business development in a assigned territory. Aggressive prospecting with daily cold calling and appoint setting. Establishing new business contacts through lead generation and networking, Present and sell a full suite of Voice, Date, and Internet products to businesses. Enhance relationships with new and existing customers to attain more referrals.  Hit and maintain a monthly quota

  

Compensation:

  $30k - $38k base salary $21k - $50k commission structure...$55k-80k year one total Full Health benefits including medical, dental, life, and retirement savings programs Promotions are done within the company.  Senior Account Executive based off of AE performance.  Base salary grows $5,000 - $7,000.  Paid vacation


Requirements: 

  College Degree 1 - 5 years outside sales experience (B2B) Must have experience prospecting and cold calling Ability to learn and comprehend high end technology Ability to develop business and close hard Effective networker
