AT&T offers a competitive salary and benefits that include medical, dental, paid vacation, and more!   Our Network Technicians are responsible for the testing and turn up of new network elements across the entire AT&T footprint.   What you'll do as an AT&T Network Technician: Work online and over the phone with installation vendors, central office personnel, maintenance engineers and network planning to ensure build work is accomplished as scheduled Perform required maintenance, analyze trouble reports and take appropriate steps to correct any malfunctions Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues or provide additional support Answer incoming calls from and place outgoing calls to internal customers to facilitate turn up of network elements In addition to STRONG verbal communication skills, our Network Technicians must have: Basic computer and keyboarding skills A technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to changes quickly Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening The ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, nights, overtime and weekends based on service needs Qualification on pre-employment screening: Technical Knowledge Test (TKT)  Test study guides can be found here Location:  Richardson, TX 75080
