Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance

The VP of Regulatory and Compliance is responsible for developing and managing the Regulatory Strategy. The position will involve working a a liaison to all state, federal and international regulatory agencies and certification bodies.  The VP of Regulatory and Compliance oversees the regulatory and compliance aspects of the Product Development process including, submissions, stability management, and ongoing product support.  Specific responsibilities will include drug product registration and NDC filing, some device registration and listing, DEA registration and reporting, ANDA compilation and submision, audit program, Annual Reports, and new product strategy.This pharmaceutical company is growing steadily and provides excellent opportunities for individuals with a desire to grow and excell in their field.  This is a high-level yet hands-on position specifically in the area involving the compilation and submission of ANDA's.  Reporting to the VP of Regulatory and Compliance are a Director over Compliance and a Compliance Auditor.  If you are qualified for this opportunity and are ready and able to make a change, please send me your resume in a word attachment and I will call you confidentially to discuss in more detail.
