VP, Senior Audit Manager

86015 Are you an experienced Audit professional out of the financial services industry looking for an opportunity where you will be able to leverage your strong technical and operational audit skills? Then this VP, Senior Audit Manager role with our Boston area client could be just what you?re looking for! The VP, Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for audits covering the following business areas: foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, research and trading. The VP will also be responsible for staying current on rules and regulations, overseeing several audit teams, managing integrated audits and SOX testing, reviewing audit reports to ensure that key findings are communicated to management, and participating in strategic business projects as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. CPA, CIA and/or other audit related certifications strongly preferred. 8-10 years of audit experience within the financial services industry with additional audit experience in either public accounting and/or internal audit is required. Must be highly knowledgeable of the Financial Service industry and technical / regulatory areas. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, research and communications skills. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally - 15%.
