VP - Residential Mortgage Lending

Our client is a nationwide diversified financial services company seeking an accomplished residential lender with supervisory experience to lead the firm's growing mortgage lending group.  The hired candidate will serve as a team leader by modeling the way with personal loan funding production as well as leading, mentoring and coaching four personal bankers.  This position requires extensive travel throughout the US.  While referrals are generated from the company's national network of advisors, the incumbent is expected to generate business via external and personal sources.  Compensation includes a base salary and incentives based on both personal production and team production overrides that should result in a six-figure annual income.  Full relocation package provided.To be considered, candidates must have a successful track record of residential lending production during the past five to seven years or more and mortgage supervisory experience of at least two years, as well as solid understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and underwriting.  Experience with mortgage lending within a broker-dealer infrastructure a plus.  Only if you meet or exceed these requirements in experience and accomplishments, please email your resume reflecting your rankings and track record to Errol Krupman at ek@merraine.com .  Faxes will NOT be accepted.
