Duties Performs general and human resources-related administrative tasks in such areas as benefits, employment, recruiting, employee information, compensation administration, equal employment opportunity, and training. Has exposure to highly confidential information requiring the use of tact and discretion. Performs moderately complex human resources/administrative working such areas as benefits, employee services, recruiting, compensation administration, equal employment opportunity, and training. Collects data and prepares related HR statistics and reports. Furnishes information to authorized persons and provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding well-established human resources practices and procedures. Utilizes the HRIS system to perform duties. Requires considerable knowledge of company human resources policies and practices. Demonstrated ability in the application of requisite skills and applies additional skills and knowledge acquired through experience to perform the more complex tasks of the position. Generally receives no instructions on routine assignments while under limited supervision. Receives general instructions on new work, which is generally reviewed upon completion
