They are looking for general superintendents who can handle large, multi million dollar projects in all 16 divisions of commercial construction.  Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate the ability to work with others, and meet deadlines!  Strong scheduling and communication skills are a must. The salary ranges between $75k-$110k plus performance bonuses and amazing benefits! This is a career opportunity with huge growth potential, not just another job! QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 5 + years of experience as a commercial or industrial lead superintendent (GROUND UP ONLY). The ability and willingness to travel 100% Experience in ground up Office, Medical, Education/Government or Industrial projects. Self perform experience is a huge plus!!! Stable work history with a proven track record. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
