Support semi-retired Venture Capitalist within beautiful, small office in the heart of the financial district in Boston. The Director has a foundation, sits on several boards, and presents speeches to a wide audience base. Responsible for basic bookkeeping duties, manage the payment of personal and business bills, maintain investment records, work on personal and family trust matters,foundation work, scheduling, editing and proofing speeches, projects as needed. The Director wants a mature, fun person, and ability to work independently.Offices close two weeks in the summer, two weeks at the end of the year. Additional vacation will be permitted.
Requirements: Solid bookkeeping experience, Excel and Word, some administrative background,mature profile. Close proximity to Boston a plus. Immediate hire!!!
