This is a great role for someone eager to develop a long-term career that can provide opportunity for advancement.Roles and Responsibilities: Utilize recruiting tools to attract qualified Information Technology professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire and direct hire employment  Interview, screen and test candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications of our open positions Present job opportunities and negotiating contract terms with potential candidates Prepare candidates for the client interview process  Build professional relationships with contract employees through lunch meetings and on site visits  Network for new business opportunities and referrals Qualified candidates will have: Bachelors degree Self-starter attitude A strong competitive drive Customer centric mentality A personable and outgoing demeanor A desire to learn and be coachedAdditionally: Prefer someone with at least 1 year of sales/marketing/customer support experience.
