Requirements This position is responsible for: Â· Planning, directing and leading all phases of the national recruiting hub.Â· The timely fulfillment of all requisitions and customer skill needs.Â· Hiring, mentoring, and training new Recruiters.Â· Develops staff members so that each member of the staff is fully trained and utilized to the optimum level.Â· Supervise Technical Recruiters and ensure compliance to company performance standards including metrics: hires/starts, recruiting source of hire, time to fill, interviews, submittals, submittal to hire ratio, monthly GM $ and GM %. The Ideal candidate will possess the following:Â· A Bachelors Degree or 5+ years experience in Technical recruitment, competency based interviewing and new employee integration.Â· Excellent oral and written communication skills.Â· Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple demands while being flexible.Â· Strong initiative and solid judgment as well as good problem solving skills.
