Qualifications: - One year of sales, entrepreneur or customer service experience. - Four-year degree Responsibilities: - Aggressively recruit, qualify and market candidates to our clients. - Cultivate client and candidate relationships. Present suitable candidates for contract or hire in the timeframe requested by our clients. - Qualify technical professionals for skill, proficiency and suitability. - Speak / meet with clients and present candidates. - Coordinate and follow through on business details. - Finalize and start our employees work / assignments at our client.
