Technical Recruiter
DescriptionWhitridge Associates is a Technology Staffing Solutions company that provides contract and permanent placement services to Fortune 1000 companies in the IT and Engineering industry. We are currently looking for additional Recruiters to join our dynamic team.  You will be responsible for identifying technical professionals, interviewing candidates and presenting candidates to Account Executives to meet or exceed our clients needs. Must have good telephone negotiation skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a sales position where your client is the candidate we represent. You work as part of a team along with the Account Executive to ensure client satisfaction. This is an inside sales role. Prior experience recruiting in a staffing agency environment is ideal, but we are willing to train the right individual who comes to us with enthusiasm and a professional demeanor. Whitridge Associates provides an excellent base salary and unlimited commission plan, medical insurance, profit sharing, 401k plan, and a flexible benefits plan (section 125).
