Kelly HRfirst Shared Services Sourcing Center is a talent acquisition organization which provides sourcing support to many HRfirst RPO engagements. The Talent Sourcing Specialist in Shared Services represent the “sourcing arm� of our RPO service delivery teams – they “find� the external candidates, screen & qualify them for our client opportunities and present them to our Client Facing/Point of Contact Recruiters (POC Recruiters) who typically resides on-site with the client. The POC Recruiters and the Shared Services Talent Sourcing Specialists work together in a partnership to fill the client requisitions. Together they conduct an initial investigation with the hiring manger to begin each assignment.

The Kelly HRfirst Shared Services Sourcing Center is seeking a Talent Sourcing Recruiter to support the sourcing efforts for one of our larger clients.

Operational Responsibilities:
• Conducts external candidate searches through strategic sourcing
• Develops sourcing strategies to find and attract desired candidates
• Searches & mines job boards and the deep web for candidates
• Establishes effective networks with various sources
• Develops a high volume of referrals
• Applies innovative & creative methods to source candidates
• Identifies & researches sourcing opportunities and direct source targeted candidates
• Manages sourcing progress against targets & performance metrics
• Maintains effective working relationship with recruiting partners
• Provides candidates in a timely manner
• Leads recruiting events
• Maintains strong pipelines and candidate flow
• Applies best practices in recruiting
• Effectively “sells� opportunities to candidates
• Ensures adherence to HRfirst & client guidelines, policies & procedures & government regulations
 Position Requirements:  Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of overall business experience
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of combined experience in corporate recruiting, RPO recruiting or agency/executive search recruiting
• Must be results oriented and goals driven
• Must demonstrate knowledge of current trends & best practices in recruiting
• Prefer “full life cycle� recruiting experience
• Prefer experience in behavioral assessment and selection process
