To support our continued success, Novotus seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Austin, TX. Our TACs possess great hands-on skills, along with continuous growth, development, and opportunity. While experience in the Recruiting/Staffing arena is ideal, it is not required. What is required is a high degree of organization, precision, innovation to create new and different solutions along with analytical strengths to organize and deliver recruitment metrics and reporting. ResponsibilitiesPromote and maintain, through interactions with others, a positive, professional, team-oriented, and service-conscious environment that contributes to the goals of the department and reflects the values of the organization Build positive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers (hiring managers, administrative assistants, interview teams and recruiters) Responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition (staffing) function Manage all administrative aspects of the recruiting function, including reporting, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, ATS maintenance, calendar management and scheduling, facilitate interviews Work across the company to assist other TAC’s to balance workloads and to cover for time off Serve as direct contact for candidates on all logistics, manage calendars and facilitate all aspects of interviews, including candidate travel.Prepares presentations on occasion using PowerPoint (PowerPoint) Provides System Admin Support (ATS, Wiki, SalesForce)
Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office applications a must (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Solid written communication skills especially for effective email to clients and candidates Skill at multitasking yet remaining calm even when workload is high Confidently assertive Proactive initiative – anticipates work to be done and completes it before being asked Strong administrative skills including good organization, coordination, planning skills and attention to detail Strong customer service orientation and skills are a must Good time management skills with ability to prioritize and reprioritize on a daily basis Resourceful out-of-the-box thinker who can see the big picture without losing track of the details Decision maker who exercises sound judgment that reflects the best for the company, the client, and the team. Follows up and follows through ensuring tasks are completed satisfactorily Collaborative team player who works well in a matrixed environment Professional in style and appearance Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field, or equivalent experience and education Minimum of 2 years office experience required; Human Resources or Staffing experience a plus
