This person will report to the Senior Preconstruction Manager and will be responsible for creating a complete budget, which ensures the financial success of the project and company.Other Responsibilities for this position include:- Perform initial profit and General Conditions analysis. - Hand off budget and project information to PM at end of Design Development. - Be able to interface with owners and perform in a “teamâ€� approach. - Capable of handling projects in the $20-50M range. - Be a “trueâ€� lead within this estimating department and be a mentor to othersQualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and 7+ years estimating negotiated work for construction. Estimating commercial, education, healthcare or multi-family projects and experience with construction management.  MUST HAVE PROJECTS RANGING FROM $20-50M!  Conceptual estimating (able to produce detail estimates from schematic design floor plan) is a STRONG advantage.   Location: Our office is located in Denver, Colorado.   Compensation: Ranging from $85,000-$110,000 Plus full benefits DOE and project experience..    ALL inquiries will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.  All qualified individuals will be contacted for further information.
