The 30-person Professional Services team is adding 2 Implementation Specialists to their team. These individuals are responsible for product installation and configuration at client sites. They also take part in the account management, project planning, customer training, and post-implementation support of clients. Implementation Specialists should have strong information technology knowledge and strong communications skills. They also often assist in pre-sales engagements and represent customers' requirements to development and QA teams. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working directly with customers in support of complex enterprise-class information technology solution, including, some of: networks, Windows-based workstation platforms, PDAs, terminal servers, directory services, RDBMS servers, and automated software distribution software. Windows-based scripts and XML data files, VB Script, JavaScript and/or Java or Java BeanShell languages. Flexibility to handle change and ability to multi-task and change priorities rapidly. QA Testing experience is helpful. Willing to travel 65% of the time.Additional Responsibilities: Define and document solution implementation requirements and Install and configure products. Manage customer engagements from sign-on through implementation, including project management, training, acceptance testing, and deployment.
