Staffing Specialist (Tysons Corner)

Staffing Specialist- Tysons Corner, VA Duties include screening by telephones, scheduling interviews, using Internet to locate potential job candidates, reviewing resumes, assisting with interviews to “sell companyâ€�, arranging and attending job fairs, doing follow up with candidates, providing applicant tracking data and conducting recruiting analysis.  Additional responsibilities include internal and website posting of open positions, screening candidates to ensure they meet ACI hiring standards and preparation of candidate offer letters.Candidate must possess strong computer skills, Internet savvy, particularly with web browsers and search engines, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, high energy and problem solving abilities are required.  Candidate must be able to interface with all levels of personnel within the company.
