ProTrades Connection has been servicing the construction industry since 1990 with offices throughout California. The company specializes in skilled and unskilled labor on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis.

 

Responsibilities

 

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, screening, testing, orientation, hiring, placement, management, and payroll processing of temporary workers including maintaining all records and invoicing all clients.  In addition the Staffing Specialist develops and maintains customer relations with clients, both over the phone and in person.

 

Requirements

 

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

·  1 - 2 years experience in service industry

·  Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

·  Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

·  Computer skills, including Outlook, MS Office, Internet

·  Current Drivers License and Automobile Insurance
