GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Supervise/oversee the operations of the Center. May assume direct supervision over other Consultants and Personnel. May be prime contact for large accounts in the coordination of servicing and may assist Market Manager in training of new employees. Ensures high quality service to customers and temporaries. Participate in the development and retention of business. Quotes customer bill rates to achieve optimal gross profit results consistent with established expectations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:· Implement pay/bill structure to ensure a proper gross profit level. · Determine customer credit extensions with assistance from corporate credit department. Implement corporate collection policies and procedures. · Obtain detailed and appropriate information from customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service. · Interview and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications for assignments to fill job orders. · Provide training for temporary employees in order to upgrade their skills for assignments. · Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance. Coach and counsel as necessary. · Resolve customer/client/applicant issues and/or complaints. · Conduct all reference and initiate background checks of applicants in accordance with company policies. · Process all payroll into WIN System, check all the time cards for accuracy, enter all pertinent information into computer (i.e., W-4’s, Customer Profiles, etc.) · Must meet specific performance objectives.  Business Development: Conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service, expand business and reactivate inactive customer accounts. Make telephone sales calls to acquire new business. Recruit temporary employees to create a pool of qualified applicants for high demand skill areas. May participate in high-level presentations. Answer telephones and provide desired information for customers and temporaries. Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy in compliance with company policy and EEO requirements. Ensure the completion of all logs of the weeks requested by Market Manager.QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years AA degree with 4 years BA preferred plus 3 years industry experience required. Must have proven ability to communicate effectively and to apply problem-solving skills. Multi-task, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity (i.e., demonstrated proficiency on MS Windows PC, 10 key calculators, etc.) Ability to network and actively participate in community organizations and groups. Ability to handle aging and collect bills. Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently, and should enjoy a fast paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism. Must have proven ability to lead and motivate others to obtain superior level performance. Must achieve minimal acceptable results on Profile Sales Indicator assessment test.  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Works in a routine office environment with occasional travel to customer sites and on sales efforts at times where public transportation is not available.
