If you are a Recruiter with 1 or more years experience in the Recruiting industry you owe it to yourself to talk to us.
We are a growing recruiting firm in Irvine, California looking to take our practice to the next level and are looking to hire several experienced agency recruiters. We specialize in the placement of Accounting, IT, and Engineering professionals nationwide and are also looking to build other specialty divisions such as Nursing/Healthcare, Sales/Marketing, etc.
We offer exceptional benefits, including a 401K plan with matching, fully paid medical/dental benefits (we pay 100% of the premium) a guaranteed salary paid every 2 weeks, and most importantly we offer one of the best payouts in the industry at 55% to start.Â
Our recruiters also enjoy no geographic restrictions (you can call clients anywhere in the country), great working hours (we work from 7am to 4pm) and casual dress attire (blue jeans and tennis shoes are welcome).
