About the Position: Most of the projects are in the Chicago Illinois area; however some travel may be required. The right candidate will have mostly general contracting experience and have a stable work history. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and 10+ years project management experience. Qualified candidates will have concrete along with tilt-up construction experience. This is a true lead position! Responsibilities include creating a safe, efficient, and productive jobsite, proactive management of the field construction process, senior field leadership, and profit management.
