Sr. Pricing Manager

Client Brief: Our client is a Billion dollar player in the Federal arena providing a wide array of professional, consulting and outsourcing services.  Over the past year, they have undergone a major expansion of work and as a result of that they have expanded their federal pricing department.  At this time they seek a Sr. Pricing Manager with strong technical and management skills to join their team.

 

Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Pricing, you will provide hands-on pricing and team leadership for large a Federal contract pricing department. The successful candidate will formulate pricing strategies and perform critical analysis of large-scale federal RFP’s that span numerous types of contract vehicles.  The ideal candidate will be extremely proficient in Excel to include macros, look-up formulas, and arrays.  You will work with complex pricing models that have links to multiple spreadsheets/tabs.  At the same time you will manage a team of six or more pricing professionals with particular emphasis on mentoring newer employees. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:10 to 15 years pricing experience including 3 or more in a management position, Solid working knowledge of Excel to include macros, arrays, and look-up formulas.Experienced pricing large, complex government contracts,BS/BA,US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:Ability to hold a Government Clearance.

Salary:$120 to $140k, perhaps more, plus performance incentives.
