Needed Immediately Senior Electrical Project Manager in Seattle One of Seattle's most established electrical contractors is in need of an experienced, high energy professional senior electrical project manager to come in and take over some day to day projects. This commercial company prides itself on low turn and a top quality of work. With an enthusiastic supportive group atmosphere and no office politics, it is a premiere place to work. These commercial projects range from $2-$5 Million and are mostly design/build.   Requirements and Duties: Determine if the project is suitable for the organization Complete approved estimates in a timely manner Complete Change Orders in 2 days, or less Read, and understand the scope, and all associated notes, to ensure a complete and accurate take off Review physical site constraints, insurance requirements, and permit requirements Analyze and compile data on each factor that may have an impact on cost, including labor, materials, special capitol equipment, tools, and training Follow up on Presented Bids 4- 6 years of estimating commercial and industrial projects Thorough knowledge of the NEC Documented construction success Experience in Estimating Software Computer experience with: MS Word, MS Excel,and AutoCAD PAY AND BENEFITS: $75,000-$105,000+ depending on experienceGreat medical, dental, 401K with match, bonuses on top of the 401K, a great retirement package, paid holidays and vacations, as well as a company vehicle.     MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
