Senior Electrical Estimator Needed for Growing Company Our company is one of the premier electrical contractors in the area, specializing in preconstruction, budgeting, design/build, and construction of new work, renovation, and all types of specialized systems.  They have a good company culture, and have experienced very little turnover the past 20 years.  They are looking for someone who likes and works well with a team. The employees are committed to EXCEEDING THE CLIENTS EXPECTATIONS through training, innovation, and pride in their work, while working for a company that rewards continuous improvement.  It is the objective of the company to do the job right the first time and treat the customers, suppliers, and team members with respect, integrity, and honesty.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Determine if the project is suitable for the organization Complete approved estimates in a timely manner Complete change orders in 2 days or less Read, and understand the scope, and all associated notes, to ensure a complete and accurate take off Review physical site constraints, insurance requirements, and permit requirements Analyze and compile data on each factor that may have an impact on cost, including labor, materials, special capital equipment, tools, and training Follow up on presented bids REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree in a related field 4 + years of estimating commercial and industrial projects Thorough knowledge of the NEC Documented construction success Experience in estimating software (McCormick is preferred) Computer software experience with: Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD Salary:$80,000+ depending on electrical estimating and pre-construction experience Employee medical and dental   401(k) plan Discretionary bonuses Paid vacation and holidays Stock purchase options MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
