Aquent Studios provides project outsourcing for clients who want to contract out all or part of their creative services, marketing, or content development projects. We have been retained as the agency-of-record for a large consulting client. As our Senior Designer you will have creative responsibility for all design projects in support of the marketing communications department of a prominent consulting client. Projects include print advertising and collateral as well as video and multimedia deliverables. The client is a $4 billion strategy and technology consulting firm, primarily serving the public sector. In this role you will collaborate closely with the assigned account manager to understand the client’s marketing strategies, target audiences and communication objectives for all visual communications, which include Print, Web and Multimedia. As the dedicated Senior Designer, you will be certified in the client’s visual brand standards and brand voice, and will function as Aquent’s lead designer on this account. This includes the development of concepts and execution of visual designs according to client provided creative briefs, as well as providing art direction and performing brand reviews for video and multimedia projects. Success in this position requires the following Skills and Experience: Can translate creative brief into impactful designs – balancing thinking “out of the box� with achieving marketing goals, budgets and timelines.Ability to initiate and articulate concepts across mediaCan organize disparate source materials into cohesive relevant designUnderstands components, cycle times and distribution requirements for integrated marketing communications campaigns with strong knowledge of press and finishing technologyMarketing related design experience for a Fortune 1000 company or equivalent as demonstrated by a world-class portfolio is essential5-7 years experience in advertising, design and/or marketing communications with at least 3 years designing impactful corporate ads and B2B marketing campaign materials within corporate identity guidelines. B2G marketing a plus.2 + years providing mid level art directionHas excelled in a fast-paced high-pressure creative services matrix environment with demonstrated ability to keep multiple projects on trackState, Local or Federal government marketing related design experience is a plus.
