We are actively seeking experienced C# ASP .Net web application developers to work on new application development.

CareersUSA, a leader in the staffing industry, has an opening for a full-time, Sr. ASP.Net C# web application developer to work in our IT department at our National Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.

Job Summary:

Be a part of our team as we develop from the ground up a new, state-of-the-art, web-based application for the staffing industry.  New development is being done using Visual Studio 2008, .Net 3.5 framework and SQL Server 2005.

The application integrates new, exciting technologies including webcams, biometrics and speech recognition.

This position will report to the Chief Software Architect. It is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a generous salary and benefits package.

However, we would consider a candidate that is interested in working on a Contract Basis.

The ideal candidate has: Solid understanding of object oriented programming Significant experience using Systems Life Cycle methodologies Significant experience developing web-based applications in ASP.NET with C# using Visual Studio (2003, 2005, 2008) Solid knowledge of HTML and Javascript Highly skilled working in a SQL Server 2000/2005 environment Knowledge of data migration from legacy system is a plus Ability to code from written business requirements Good oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment Ability to mentor less experienced programmers
