Solution Architect/Delivery Managers: Tools and Command Center - 3 Positions

 

 

Skill Set Needed:

1.  Minimum experience of 8-10 yrs in enterprise system management for large enterprises in two or more of the following skill-sets:

a. Strong operational knowledge on ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk etc.

b.  Strong operational knowledge of ESM tools such as Tivoli, HP Openview, Netcool etc.

c. Good knowledge of remote management tools such as Dameware, PC Anywhere, Citrix GoToAssist, etc.

d.  Good Knowledge on Desktop Management solutions such as Application Packaging, Software license management using WISE, Install Shield, SMS, etc.

e. Good Knowledge on solution accelerators such as Run Book Automation, Soft Grid, CMDB, Asset management, Desktop migration etc.

f.  Good Knowledge on Virtualization software such as VMWare, Cassatt, Opsware, Scalent, BladeLogic etc.

g. Good Knowledge in solutions/products catering to Identity Access Management, Single Sign-On,  Compliance management, Policy enforcement.

2.  Good Knowledge on Command Center Operation support requirements

3.  Strong ITIL knowledge and experience is utilizing this for customization

4.  Strong skills identifying integration of tools to meet enhanced operational visibility

5.  Strong skills in effort estimation and team structuring to meet specific requirements

6.  Product Certifications

 

Following skill-sets will be an added advantage:

1.  Knowledge of scripting, feature design and development

2.  Consulting/Architecture experience

3.  Solutioning experience in outsourcing/RFP Proposal response scenarios

4.  Certification in ITIL v2 or v3, Six Sigma, PMP
