Background Required: Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Engineering or Operations Management 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment  Computer literacy Broad background in multiple operational and business functionsEssential Responsibilities: Direct daily plant and production support operations Plan and maintain production schedule Direct and evaluate operational staff, manufacturing engineering functions, and quality control and assurance functions Oversee plant compliance to manufacturing code and certification requirements Initiate, monitor, and direct operational continuous improvement projectsCompensation: Base: Excellent pay - commensurate with experience and up to 20% bonus potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k with up to 7% match, Relocation, Company carQualified applicants should reply via email to steve@mriyorktown.com  for follow up and further information.
