Senior Tax Analyst

94197 Established, successful publicly traded MA based organization is seeking a Tax professional with a strong accounting foundation and FAS 109 experience to join their exceptional Tax team! Great opportunity for the Tax Analyst with 2-5 years of experience looking to learn, be challenged and grow within a fun, motivated, team-oriented organization! The Senior Tax Analyst will prepare, review and audit income tax returns, assess estimated tax calculations and payments, prepare FAS 109 tax provision, and analyze tax reserves under FIN 48. The Senior Tax Analyst will also coordinate the accounting function for special purpose tax entities, work on special projects and oversee the work of the Tax Accountant. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MST a plus. 2-5 years of tax experience, a strong accounting foundation, and significant exposure FAS 109 is essential. Public accounting, multi-state, and/or supervisory experience desired. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and tax preparation software.
