Senior Tax Accountant
94235 Are you a Tax Accountant with a strong corporate and/or public accounting background? Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact with an established, publicly traded Solutions Provider North of Boston? Our Southern NH client is looking for a hands-on Tax professional to join their corporate headquarters and contribute their talent to the success of their corporate tax team. The Senior Tax Accountant will oversee day-to-day income tax activities including the preparation of account reconciliations, tax estimates, and related data to be provided to an external preparer for federal, state and local income tax returns. The Senior Tax Accountant will also participate in FIN 18, FAS 109 and FIN 48 tax calculations and financial reporting, ensure SOX compliance, conduct income tax and sales and use tax related research, and be the point of contact for internal tax-related inquiries. Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business field. CPA a plus. 4+ years of corporate tax experience in a Big 4 and/or multi-company / multi-state environment. Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
