You will work along side professional recruiters, sourcing and identifying candidates for a variety of positions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals- Source and identify leads for open positions through various channels including Internet job boards, Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.- Evaluate candidates' resumes against job requirements.- Call individuals to explore their experience and develop them into "warm" candidates that our recruiters can interview.- Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates with recruiters.- Prepare sourcing info and marketing opportunities to recruiters (including demographic studies, site evaluations, and metrics).- Applicant tracking.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:- Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical skills.- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Internet savvy.- Must be team player, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field, preferred.Benefits:Benefits include: medical, dental, life, long and short term disability, tuition assistance, paid holiday, personal and vacation time and continued growth opportunity.
