Job Description Senior Recruiter The Senior Recruiter is accountable for the day-to-day recruitment and placement of temporary associates as well as ensuring a successful relationship with both hiring managers and the temporary associates within an assigned client account.  This position will require working with Corporate HR managers, direct hiring mangers and management of sourcing agents to insure that positions are filled with the right resource in a timely manner. These positions require a strong background in professional (accounting, finance, marketing and business) recruitment within a corporate or agency setting. Responsibilities: Â· Locate, qualify and place employees with technical or professional skill sets. · Conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, over the phone · Preparing candidates for interviews by supplying as much information as possible to candidates about division, the business unit, the job, the hiring manager, the team, etc. · Providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates regardless of hiring outcome and supplementing hiring manager feedback given in order to manage the candidate experience · Screening, interviewing and developing robust candidate slates. Qualifications:   Â· Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of equivalent staffing experience · Client-relationship management skills needed · Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills · Keen eye for details, ability to multi-task · Ability to work in a fast-paced – high-end recruiting position  Veritude® is a Fidelity Investments company and a leading provider of the talent management services that growing organizations need to anticipate and adapt to changes in the workplace. Veritude offers its associates competitive market rates and an industry-leading benefits package designed for flexibility and choice.
