Key Responsibilities: Actively create and continuously improve processes that meet or exceed our internal and external customer expectations Actively and consistently contribute to ensuring a highly productive, cross-functional team environment within the CDI team Assist internal and external customers with all issues that arise, performing this process in the most expeditious manner possible and with a high sense of urgency, using both traditional and non-traditional means as well as all regional and corporate resources Provide timely and accurate status reports to the Program Manager Partner with Supplier Associates Evaluate and implement effective cost controlsJob Requisitions: Work closely with on-site team, Responsible for data input, Ensures Data Integrity in databases, Conduct Employee Orientation, Notify On-Site Mgr on requisition approvals and extensions, Ensure all employee paperwork has been completed, Monitor and ensure compliance with background and drug screen checks, Complete metrics on diversity hiring, Assist with employee and manager quality checks Telephone communication: Process incoming telephone calls, Interface with the on-site team concerning job requisitions, assignments, employee information, candidates, employee relations, etc., Communicate end-of-assignment information to employees and on-site team, Discuss employee relations with on-site team, client customers, employees, etc. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience is preferred Minimum 4+ years systems experience with customer contact within a service-oriented environment Demonstrated understanding and commitment to all internal and external customer expectations, and an ability to contribute to process improvement and commitment to following process standards Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are mandatory Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate and interact with people at many levels Proven ability to simultaneously respond to multiple job tasks, maintain high-level accuracy of detail oriented workflow, and ensure effective follow through General understanding of employment law, EEO requirements, sexual harassment policies, substance abuse policies, etc. is essential Intermediate level computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing Required PC skills to include most recent Windows and Microsoft Office applications as well as Microsoft Outlook Must also demonstrate intermediate Internet skills Come join the CDI team and watch your future grow.Learn more about CDI and this opportunity by responding today!
