Senior Process Change Leader

Purpose:
Â
In this role, you will lead process change with three main areas of focus: (1) engagement between the Enterprise Project Office (EPO) and other internal client divisions/departments/teams; (2) coordination of process change related to certain internal EPO processes; and (3) corporate program and project management methodologies.
Â
Requirements:
Â
• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of professional work experience of which 4 ++ years include experience in Process Change.
Or
• High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of work experience of which 6 years include experience in Process Change.
Â
Additional critical skills needed for the job:
Â
• Experience managing challenging projects or process change initiatives that impact multiple departments within an organization
• Knowledge of the change process and associated hard and soft skills necessary to drive effective, lasting change
• Experience managing projects with an IS component is strongly preferred.
• IS background is strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging with both technical and business teams.
• Master’s Degree
• A stable career track record
• Project Management experience
• Health Care insurance experience
• Experience working with executive and c-level audiences
• Good analytical skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Consistently recognized by peers and supervisors as a role model
• The ability to concurrently manage multiple large projects or change initiatives
• Strong political, negotiation, organization, presentation, writing, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office family of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
