Company is a full service healthcare communications agency that is growing rapidly.They specialize in publication planning for their pharmaceutical clients.Summary- Position involves independent development of scientific content that is client ready .  Strategic and tactical development and implementation of medical communication plans.  As a a senior medical writersupports account team in strategic and tactical development and implementation of medical communication plans. will play a major role in mentoring and peer review of writer projects and provide writing support as needed.Primary Responsibilities- Functions within 1 to 2 business units.  Implements training and mentoring of writing staff. Oversees scientific services retreat and monthly lunches.
