Senior Managing Consultant, (Top Tier MBA)
Our client is a top-tier business consulting firm with offices throughout the United States. This position is available in Washington, DC, New York, Boston, LA, San Fran or Chicago. Industry focus in Life Science, Media, Financial Services, Private Equity, and Retail.
Job Description:
The Senior Managing Consultant will perform and manage the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract.
Responsibilities:
The consultant is responsible for the gathering of facts, analyzing the client’s business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation. Consultants must be able to work effectively with others at all levels of an organization — with team members, senior leaders, and clients. In addition, must be capable of providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in business strategy. They must function as both a team member and a workstream/project leader in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Job Requirements:
MBA from a top tier (Top 20) program. Experience in business strategy/Process Engineering/Six Sigma methodologies and analysis; excellent oral communication and presentation skills; self-directing and working effectively with others across all levels of the organization; providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in a particular aspect of sales transformation; team player, ability to manage a workstream and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved in a a timely and quality fashion.
Must be willing to travel 20%-100%. Candidates must external consulting experience.
Company Benefits:
Base salary to $165k-235k plus 12%-30% annual bonus.
