Position involves supporting all levels of employees and management on HR disciplines including but not limited to: Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, and Training.

Required:

4-6 yrs of progressive HR experience Minimum of 2 yrs as a Generalist Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws Experience in handling benefits issues Experience in handling Employee Relation Issues Experience supporting high volume of customers Experience supporting senior level management in medium (500-1000) to large (1000+) organizations Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytical skills Strong ability to multi-task Organized and able to prioritize work-flow and time-constraints Detail-oriented
