Senior Engineering/IT Recruiter
Description:Manages the order management process from receiving to completing an engineering and professional assignment.Comprehend engineering/professional job orders.Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.Perform credit checks.Analyzes resumes accurately and assign appropriate skill codes.Conducts candidate reference checks.Uses candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities.Uses recruiting tools such as TechBase and Field PowerBase to fill assignment order rapidly with qualified contract employees.Interview candidates to evaluate their engineering qualifications for assignments.Communicate effectively with engineering buying influences.Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints of customers and contract employees.Build professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staff.Make key skill sales calls to acquire new business.Qualifications:Previous recruiting experience in the engineering/IT services industry is preferred. 3-5 years prior work experience in an engineering/IT environment.Previous work experience with an Agency (Supplier/Vendor).Experience working within the contingent work force arena (placing contractors on assignment).Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others (e.g., staff, temporaries).Must be capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
