With our strong emphasis on internal advancement Adecco Staffing is the ideal organization for the success minded, results driven individual.   Adecco Glendale, is aggressively seeking the right candidate for a Branch Manager opportunity.  To be successful you must be driven, sales oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communications skills.  The responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:  â€¢ Full P & L responsibility for the branch.  â€¢ Manage all Temp and Perm recruiters.  â€¢ Development of branches business in terms of sales volume and profitability.  â€¢ Lead by example by training and mentoring existing sales and recruiting team.  In order to excel in this position the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:  â€¢ A minimum of 3+ years within the staffing industry or relevant experience.  â€¢ A strong work ethic motivated by results.  â€¢ Inside/Outside sales skills.  â€¢ The ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written material in one-on-one and group presentations.  â€¢ Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.  This is an incredible opportunity for the right, highly motivated individual.
