This is a new posting!!Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00amEssential functions: -Search a variety of applications/databases and provide applicable documents in response for litigation discovery -Search and retrieve from warehouse, microfilm and microfiche inventories for documents that have been loaded into databases. -Compile and process requested documentation for delivery to requestor -Participate in internal and external meetings -Ensures day to day interface with account key contacts Required skills: -Strong customer service background -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Good organization and time management skills -Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills -Strong customer relationship skills -Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite -Good problem solving and critical thinking skills Education: -4 year Bachelors Degree and -Paralegal or Legal Assistant certificate or Juris Doctorate Experience: -1-2 years industry experience Additional Job Requirements: Automotive experience preferred Comments/Skills: Special Instructions:
