POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Sales/Retail/Business DevelopmentREFERENCE CODE: NE BM Sales Manager The Branch Manager is responsible for implementing all company initiatives, meeting and/or exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks and fostering a positive work environment. This individual will utilize strong customer service, verbal and negotiation skills to generate business by calling on prospective and existing clients to introduce product lines. This person is accountable for driving strategy to meet and exceed sales/profit targets. This individual will also develop an effective staff to assist in achieving the branch’s financial/operational goals.   Essential Functions:§ Implements sales activity objectives as it relates to field calls, phone calls, appointments and new account job orders.§ Maximize revenue and profitability by meeting or exceeding company pricing and margin objectives.§ Develop and maintain skills necessary to sell the company’s full service capabilities – temporary, temp to hire and direct hire – in alignment with strategies and budgeting objectives.§ Leverage cross divisional business development opportunities.§ Participate in the achievement of all branch financial and budget objectives for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire while meeting or exceeding gross margin objectives.§ Communicate and strategize with service on accounts receivable collection.§ Develop relationships with customers and review satisfaction levels on a quarterly basis. Â§ Review of staff gross margin goals to actual performance and implementation of recovery strategy.§ Integrate company service standards through training, follow up and recognition.§ Participate in the achievement of all branch financial and budget objectives for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire while meeting or exceeding gross margin objectives. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies  A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline. 3 – 5 years experience in the staffing industry, preferably in management. The ability to negotiate and close business dealings all while working well in a team environment.  Excellent written and oral presentation skills.  The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.  Solid problem solving and organization skills.  Knowledge of staffing industry personnel practices.  Strong business acumen.  Desirable   Previous management experience  About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
