SVP Retirement Strategy

90712 Mid size Boston based asset management firm is seeking a SVP Retirement Strategy to oversee one of its most important projects: creating retirement fund products that can be sold via intermediaries. This high profile position requires a person with substantial retirement product experience and the ability to create a fully functional program that will drive sales. Some of the essential tasks of the SVP Retirement Strategy are: Review existing product offering to determine their marketability to this new market. Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and product groups to roll out product campaign. Develop collateral and web materials to create impact-oriented messagesThis position will require collaboration with a number of different groups to be effective. Success will be measured by product reception and asset sales. The additional requirements of this role are: A minimum of 10 years retirement product experience. An ability to provide strategic direction to the organization.
