SENIOR RECRUITER PHYSICIAN STAFFING

Established and growing Physician Recruitment firm seeks experienced and successful temporary and permanent placement recruiters whether or not you are experienced in physician recruitment.  Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of full cycle physician, executive or high volume temp agency recruitment and placement experience.

  Ability to make 60 to 80 out calls per day, return call ratio of 1:5 Must possess a fast learning curve Able to work occasional evenings and Saturdays Possess a sense of urgency in completing job orders A Team Worker Excellent communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs Communicate with Clients regarding physicians and their professional credentials Track multiple Candidates and Clients in various stages of the recruiting process Coordinate Placements with various Clients Possess a working knowledge of the physician credentialing process. Assists Clients and Marketers with formation regarding new job orders and contracts Communicate with Physicians regarding position/job openings Evaluate Physician credentials and match Physicians with Client needs Achieve weekly and monthly production goals Maintain high ethical standards with physicians and clients This position is for high achievers and self starters Exceptional relationship-development skills along with an assertive/positive mental attitude. Excellent proven sale closing skills Prior Physician Recruiting and Placement and/or Locum Tenens experience is highly valued. This a senior level position, NOT entry level

 

Company Offers:

 

Ø      Salary Range of $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 Based on      Experience, Commissions are in addition to Salary Range and are based on a productivity sliding scale
