SENIOR HRIS ANALYST

The Senior HRIS Analyst will support the reporting and analysis of HR related data (i.e. headcount, turnover, compensation).  Position reports to the VP of Compensation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.  Responsible for analysis of employee information provided by Peoplesoft (HRIS) to include headcount, diversity and turnover reporting.

2.  Support the maintenance and administration of the compensation database in compliance with audit procedures.

3.  Responsible for Peoplesoft data maintenance.

4.  Support participation in annual compensation surveys.

5.  Conduct and document moderately complex HR analysis projects.

6.  Perform special projects and adhoc requests as directed by department.

7.  Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies and procedures while performing the role outlined above.

 

Qualifications:

 

1.  Excellent analytical and technical competence including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

2.  Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount for this role

3.  Peoplesoft or equivalent HRIS experience strongly desired

4.  Work well under pressure and have the ability to deal with multiple, changing priorities

5.  Minimum 2 – 4 years experience in Human Resources
