Franchise group is looking to open an 3-5 more stores in the next few months and is looking to build our management team. We are looking for a very independent, hands on, dependable manager, who is outgoing and aggressive. This is an excellent position for a seasoned quick serve manager who can boost sales and run an efficient operation and is looking for an ownership approach to management. We are currently looking for Assistant managers. Candidates should have:

*1-3 years management experience in a full-service or QSR corporate concept *Moderate Volume experience- at least $1 Million in sales annually *Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and coach your staff *Some Knowledge of P&L, financial, and cost controls Company offers very competitive pay, and growth.
