Research Associate / Practice Coordinator

We are looking for a high energy employee, who will be working with our marketing and recruiting teams as a Research Assistant and Practice Coordinator.  This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, young Executive Search and Consulting firm specializing in one of the fastest moving industries in the world. 

 

In this position, you will have two primary roles:

 

 

Marketing:

 

· Track and contact all advertised jobs within a niche.

· Track old jobs on a regular basis to find out current needs of existing clients.

· Perform marketing research within the SAP software industry.

· Develop focused marketing lists with names and contact information of hiring authorities.

· Create and maintain niche-specific databases: ex. hiring authorities, jobs open within a niche

 

 

Recruiting:

 

· Perform file searches.

· Perform database searches.

· Perform Internet database searches.

· Perform direct original candidate sourcing, including identification of target companies and prospective candidates

· Prepare recruiting plans including contact info, names and titles of prospect candidates for execution by recruiter.
